Reflexology: A therapy that induces vitality all over the body through a painstaking combined massage of feet, hands and face.

Energy healing: free treatment; average duration: 20 minutes.

This is a practice that balances the body energy through the imposition of hands on the energetic centres (chakras) and on the parts afflicted or which need restoring to their normal functioning.

Therapeutic steam bath of ritual tradition. It represents the uterus of Mother Earth, where wind, fire, water and earth interact to work as purifying agents. Medicinal herbs are used, and the participants regulate temperature as they please and according to their level endurance by wetting hot stones with water. Cleanses the skin, boosts blood circulation, increases body vitality, activates the metabolism, purifies the respiratory system and accelerates the elimination of toxins through sweating.
